Casey Roberts

Hope Island Osteopath

Casey graduated from Southern Cross University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Osteopathic Studies) and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine; with additional qualification in dry needling and myofascial cupping. Casey is also an accredited sports trainer with Sports Medicine Australia and has had experience with Bond University AFLW and Runaway Bay Seagulls Rugby League teams.

Casey’s passion for Osteopathy developed from a young age, initially from numerous injuries sustained through her extensive sporting background representing at a state and national level in touch football and Oztag. Her personal experience of rehabilitating these injuries have equipped her with a unique empathy for clients, a clear understanding of the patient journey, and the ability to educate and empower individuals to take control of their recovery.

Casey applies a holistic approach to care as an Osteopath and incorporates a variety of manual therapy techniques including hands-on treatment (massage, manipulation, stretching, dry needling, cupping and strapping). She also utilises movement-based management and strengthening into her everyday practice in order to help her patients achieve long-lasting and sustainable results. She enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal presentations from lower back and neck pain, to headaches and sporting injuries. According to her, there are no one-size-fits-all recipes for pain management, so her philosophy is to treat the underlying cause of your pain and to tailor the treatment to your needs and goals.

Outside of the clinic, Casey can be found at her local gym, enjoying coffee with friends, or playing golf.
